I don't understand why people write such bad reviews. Although our vacation is not over yet, I want to thank all the hotel staff, from the cleaner to the manager. There are so many guests in the hotel and everything is perfectly organized. Really everything in this hotel is good. The rooms are cleaned, the food is plentiful and varied, everyone can find something to their taste. Fresh fruits, vegetables, variety of drinks. Ice cream, desserts. The Internet is excellent, it works not only in the hotel area, by the sea, but also outside the hotel. Maybe the evening program is poor, but for the price of the hotel, I have no complaints. Great SPA team, thanks to them, and especialy thanks to the massage therapists. I recommend visit this place, you won't be disappointed. Thank you, we have a really good vacation.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! This is nowhere near 5 stars! Barely would get 2 stars! First of all they play extremely loud music throughout the night right underneath my room which is so loud it sounds like a party inside my room. I’ve gone to complain about this for 3 days in a row now to which my response is that they cannot do anything about it as they’re fully booked. All I have wanted is to be moved to a room to the other side as I cannot sleep, however when I ask to speak to the manager I get told that they are not available, when I ask for them to actually try to contact the manager they are act busy and become rude and tell me to come back tomorrow. The rooms smell like a wet toilet, all the rooms are extremely old and worn out. The hotel room doesn’t lock. The TV doesn’t work. The food is the same food throughout the day and they never have any meat options except for 2 chicken dishes. Both me and 2 other people on this holiday have now been throwing up and are having diarrhoea at different times which I can only assume is because of their food hygiene. The alcohol is very cheap and they have only 2 cocktail options which they end up getting wrong and when you complain that you got the wrong drink the staff get annoyed and ask you to cue up for a new drink again, on that point all the bars only have 1 bar staff serving and an average cue of about 30 people so you spent more time cuing up for a drink than trying to relax and enjoy your holiday. The slides only open for a very short time during the day. The rest of the time they’re off and you’re not allowed to go on them. If you pay extra for the sea view room you get a room facing another building and when I complained about this I was told that I have a lateral side sea view and I would have to stand out the front of my balcony and see it with the side of my eye. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY, please book somewhere else rather than being annoyed constantly with staff that are extremely rude and do not care about you!

This hotel is a nightmare. I have been to several 5-star hotels in Turkey and I expected a similar standard. I was very disappointed when I entered this shed. My dogs have better beds than this hotel offers its guests. I do not recommend it to anyone, especially a family with children because there is terrible mess, dirt and fear of touching anything there because it is dirty and smelly.

The service staff were commendable. The rooms need maintenance, there was mold everywhere in the shower. trash can and toilet brush with rust. the hot water had no pressure. it was full of mosquitoes, there was blood on the wall because the previous guests killed the mosquitoes, no one bothered to clean it. very unfriendly and unprofessional reception staff. We arrived early with a one-year-old child and waited for the room to be cleaned for 4hours. What? Unaccepteble!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, the hotel has zero entertainment besides the exact same music that plays by the pool everyday, a single table tennis table. Food selection is the same every day, generally simple food, no meat or fish besides chicken nuggets, spice-less chicken drums. In my room bathroom the walls are like paper, you can hear everything that other people are doing. The beach is very rocky. The elevators also takes a long time to arrive and stop on random floors with no people. The bar by the beach often runs out of alcoholic beverages. Ice cream is good, desserts too, but exactly the same every day. The sunbeds by the sea aren’t comfortable, the ones by the pool are. The hotel personnel are nice people, room cleaning is good too.

The hotel is not 5 stars, but 3 stars maximum. Upon check-in, we were moved from room to room for a day until we were given our room. The rooms are not cleaned, all the floors are in sand, the bed is not changed, but simply turned out! Towels are changed every 4 days, what nonsense?! NOT A SINGLE DOOR CLOSES! All the food is on schedule, the drinks at the bar are disgusting. The water slide works twice a day and at a certain time ! The food is monotonous and tasteless, terrible service is sitting at the bottom. We asked to sit in the room until the taxi arrived, because we are at. The child, who is one year old, was told that every hour of waiting after renting a room is $ 10, although at first we were driven back and forth for a day. There is not a foot in this hotel anymore and I advise you to look for another one so as not to spoil your vacation!

Spoilt by Russian tourists who are extremely patient and not demanding: the staff has unlearned the service and quality culture (if they ever knew it). If I ask for Turkish coffee and/or tea, I get sent to the coffee machine, even though the bar is supposed to serve all-inclusive customers. It took 15 minutes and three people to sell me two drinks (approval by management needed) I was checking out today and the manager tried sending me back to the rooms for the "towel card" ridiculous! The hotel needs renovation, and the food needs a new chef - tasteless. The personnel also needs tolerant English When turks arrive though, everything changes for them... food included. Avoid it if you can!

The centrum is not 1km away. The sea is full of stones. We promised 3 beds like on the picture we only got 2. They told us that they fix it tomorrow but even then they said they could do nothing just to pay more. The food is tasteless. It feels like a refugee camp not a 5star hotel. The elevators even not work or is stuck between some floors without a airco. The only good thing about the hotel is the dj. There wasnt even sishas or entertainment like on the videos. Just an aggresive woman who blows her whistle to do a few moves in the water. The cleaners even come inside when you tell them to do not disturb. Like there is no privacy at all.
